Charming ambiance with a beautifully decorated lobby that truly embodies Austrian hospitality. The staff was exceptionally helpful, even assisting with local dining recommendations. Breakfast offered a delightful selection, complemented by soft Mozart melodies that enhanced the experience. A small downside was the absence of air conditioning, but a fan was provided.

Couple's Cozy Retreat
The staff was helpful they even assisted us with early check-in, which after a night train journey was a blessing. We also enjoyed a peaceful breakfast in a lovely setting with Mozart playing softly in the background.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but the quality made it acceptable.

Atmospheric vintage decor enhances the hotel's charm.
My stay was marred by noisy walls, making peace elusive at night. Additionally, the absence of air conditioning turned my evenings into a discomforting experience. The self-check-in process was also a bit confusing, especially after a long day of travel.

Lack of air conditioning!!! If you arrive late, self-check-in might baffle you!!! The parking situation is a nightmare with inconsistent information!!! A tighter grip on cleanliness would enhance the experience greatly!!!

i almost gave this hotel a good review, but the chilly rooms were unbearable and the elevator didn’t work. shocking! there was no mini fridge, how could i stay hydrated? i expected at least a welcome treat for all this inconvenience, but apparently that's too much to ask here.

A Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed a beautifully decorated room in an interesting part of the city. The location proved convenient for exploring with local eateries nearby. However, the heating situation during my stay made it quite uncomfortable. A tip for future guests, check on the heating before settling in.
